Please include the following in the comments/questions section:
- Original Order Number
- Original File ID
- What You're Returning (Base Foam Only, Case with Foam, Other)
- Any details if you've spoken with our Customer Service team regarding special handling for your FailSafe RMA.
- Your Return Authorization Number
- Instructions for returning your unwanted foam
- Instructions for creating and naming your new design
- Instructions for authorizing us to move forward with fabrication of your new design
