We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your case and that it is the right size for you.
If you need to return a Stock or Pre-made case for any reason, please call us at (973) 925-7215 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) within 30 days of the order date.
Please have your original order number handy. Then ship your item(s) back to us at the following address with your RMA written on the box:

Upon receipt of the returned item, you will receive a full refund, less the freight charges.
Cases with Custom Foam or Custom Foam Only orders are NOT refundable.
Because Custom foam is cut specifically to your design and cannot be re-used or re-sold, we do not issue refunds.
However, we want you to be happy with your custom foam purchase. We offer two kinds of Design Protection in case, after you receive it, you realize there was a design error. Click here to learn more.
